Exchange / Return policy

Who are eligible to apply exchange/return program?

  1. Did not receive the order before tracking number appears on system.
  2. Received an incomplete product (missing quantity or accessories)
  3. Received the wrong product(s) (e.g. wrong size, wrong colour, different product)
  4. Received a faulty product (e.g. malfunction, does not work as intended)

How to request exchange/return program?

  1. Tell us the item you would like to request for exchange.
  2. Show us original receipt or proof of purchase.
  3. Provide the reason of the refund request.
  4. Show picture proof of your claim. (at least 3 images)
  5. Describe the situation in detail to support your claim.
  6. Valid only within 7 days after you receive the item.
  7. You are responsible for paying shipping cost when return the item.
  8. We will process new order after receive return item.
  9. Strictly no cash refund.

How to request exchange/return/ 1 to 1 crashed exchange program for baby product?

  1. Eligible for child restraint system, baby stroller or etc product that under warranty.
  2. The exchange program is only applicable to certain car seat brands. (Koopers/ Nuna/ Crolla/ Joie/ etc)
  3. The exchange of car seat shall not exceed more than 14 days from police report date.
  4. The replacement car seat will be issued out within 7 days upon receiving date.
  5. The replacement car seat will be the frame of the car seat only, fabric not included. Fabric will be using customer’s existing car seat fabric.
  6. Walk in customer has to call office beforehand to ensure stock availability.
  7. Outstation customer has to bear the cost of postage for both ways.
  8. For discontinued car seat model, an equivalent value car seat will be issued.
  9. Baby company reserves the rights to change, amend, cancel or remove the 1-to-1 Crashed Exchange Program at any time without prior notice.

Shipping policy

1.We will process your order within 1-3 working days.

2.We will inform your tracking number.

3.Customers are responsible for paying shipping cost.

4.There are no shipping activity on saturday, sunday and public holiday.

5.Customers only can choose currier that available on our website.

6.Delivery ETA (Expected Time of Arrival) as a follows:

Peninsular Malaysia: 2 - 5 working days for your order to arrive

Sabah/Sarawak: 5 - 10 working days for your order to arrive
