Established in the 1970s, Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM) has one of the largest green campuses in Malaysia. Celebrating UPMs greenery and its aspiration of becoming a botanical garden one that nurtures habitats for wildlife, inspires learning and stimulates intellectual thinking this book showcases 100 bird species recorded on its Serdang campus. With more than 200 selected images as well as a concise description of each species, this book is produced by bird enthusiasts who are also students, alumni and/or staff of UPM who treasure the natural resources found on campus, especially the birds.
